ac76 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player") and ac76 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the ac76 website, its games, betting markets, payment services, and all related features accessible at ac76.bio. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the ac76 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ac76 platform.

ac76 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after revised Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must immediately stop using the ac76 platform.

To open and use an ac76 account you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration; (b) be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party; (c) not be a current employee of, or otherwise connected to, ac76 in any capacity that creates a conflict of interest; (d) have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and (e) not have been previously suspended or permanently excluded from the ac76 platform. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete.

ac76 strictly prohibits use of the platform by persons under the age of 21. ac76 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where there is reasonable suspicion that a user is under 21, ac76 may immediately suspend the account, withhold any winnings, and void any bets placed during the suspected underage period pending verification. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Confirmed underage accounts will be permanently closed and deposits will not be refunded.

Each individual may register and maintain only one ac76 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or any other method intended to circumvent this restriction — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, ac76 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, retain balances pending investigation, and void any bets or bonuses linked to those accounts. You must provide accurate and complete registration information including your real name, valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and date of birth.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ac76 login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share login details with any other person. ac76 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact ac76 support immediately through the Help section. Use a strong, unique password and change it immediately if you believe it has been compromised.

ac76 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of: suspected fraud or collusion; breach of these Terms; provision of false information; suspected money laundering; chargebacks initiated by the account holder; or any conduct ac76 reasonably considers harmful to the platform or other users. Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, balances may be forfeited. You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting ac76 support, subject to settlement of any outstanding balance.

The minimum deposit on ac76 is ৳200 BDT. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your account balance within seconds of confirmation. ac76 does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. ac76 reserves the right to apply a hold on deposits pending internal compliance verification where required.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500 BDT. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1-4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours. ac76 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or to payment methods not registered to the account holder. ac76 reserves the right to delay withdrawals where additional compliance checks are triggered.

ac76 operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as part of its internal compliance framework. ac76 may request identity documents — including a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification — at any time, and in particular before processing withdrawal requests above a threshold set by ac76. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal privileges being suspended until verification is complete. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with ac76's Privacy Policy.

Users must not: (a) use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in any way not available to legitimate manual players; (b) exploit software errors, game malfunctions, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an advantage; (c) engage in collusion or chip-dumping between two or more accounts; (d) use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or illegal financial activity; (e) provide false registration information or impersonate another person; (f) use a VPN, proxy server, or similar technology to mask or misrepresent your identity or location; or (g) engage in abusive, threatening, or harmful conduct toward other users or platform staff.

All content on the ac76 platform — including but not limited to website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of ac76 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ac76 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without ac76's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ac76 shall not be liable for: (a) any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or network interruptions outside ac76's reasonable control; (c) any delay, suspension, or termination of a game or betting market; (d) inaccuracies in odds, game results, or account balance displays caused by a technical error, provided ac76 corrects the error as soon as reasonably practicable; or (e) any loss arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ac76's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any matter where exclusion would be unlawful. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ac76 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. ac76 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain service availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access at all times.

ac76 reserves the right to amend any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of ac76 after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which continue in full force. The failure of ac76 to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ac76 regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements on the same subject matter.
